Dennis Quaid's marriage to Kimberly Buffington-Quaid is on the rocks and the couple reportedly is looking at a divorce as problem-solving option. Some court papers obtained by TMZ revealed Kimberly as the one who filed for the divorce based on the reason that things have "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

At the same time, it is reported by NY Daily News that Dennis cheated on Kimberly with racqueteer Sascha Bajin's date in a party thrown by Serena Williams last month. Bajin's tweet which has been taken down allegedly said, "I simply got Quaided ...Lol! He stole my date and made me drive him and her to his hotel." A rep for Dennis denied the claim and said that the actor is "still married" to Kimberly.

The couple, who has 4-year-old twins Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace, reportedly would share custody of the kids. She has been granted the possession of the family main home and a Mercedes while Dennis gets the condominium and a Cadillac. The Range Rover will be shared between them. Dennis responded to the filing by requesting she gets nothing in the eventual settlement.

Dennis and real estate agent Kimberly were married in 2004. He had divorced two wives in the past, Meg Ryan in 2001 and P.J. Soles in 1983.
