Though she did show up at a police station later the same day to sign the ticket, the Marianne Bryant of 'Easy A' could face further charges for fleeing the scene.

Amanda Bynes might get into more trouble for her recent escape stunt. The actress playing Penny Pingleton in "Hairspray" was pulled over in Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 7 for talking on a cell phone while driving, but she bolted from the scene of the crime before police could give her a ticket to sign, TMZ reported.

It is said that the officer didn't bother to pursue Bynes because he didn't feel she was dangerous. He also already had all of her information. Later the same day, the 25-year-old stopped by the police station to sign the ticket. She, however, might face another charge for driving away. Authorities are investigating the incident.

Interestingly enough, Bynes posted a quote from M.I.A.'s "Bad Girls" just a day earlier. After posting a series of tweets in which she's gushing about dyeing her hair light lilac, the former child actress who stars opposite Emma Stone's in "Easy A" wrote, "Live fast die young bad girls do it well!"
