AceShowbiz - Bam Margera tells the world that he was not breaking any law when he was arrested on Monday, February 20 and the police did not book him for any crime. The "Jackass" star was still wondering why he was taken to jail in New Orleans and spent a night behind bars when all he did was jumping into a pool with full clothes on.
"Yeah, I was swimming in a pool with my clothes on at Mardi Gras," Margera said, adding, "Not really a good story ... but that's what happened." Sources told TMZ that he was soaking wet when handcuffed by officers in the French Quarter of Mardi Gras party. Margera said the police could not answer him when he asked why he was brought to the station.
Margera has been released in the morning after the arrest but he did not get any ticket or explanation. According to TMZ, the police did not have a record on the 32-year-old, meaning he was not booked.
