The "Jersey Shore" guidettes' knowlegde of political trivia was tested when they recently stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". Appearing in a Thursday, January 5 episode, Jennifer "JWoww" Farley, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Deena Nicole and Sammi Giancola signed up to play "Know or Go" in which they would be dropped off the machine if they could not give the right answer to some questions given by host Ellen DeGeneres.

JWoww, Snooki and Deena were the lucky ones who had to stand on a raised platform with a trapdoor beneath their feet. They could use the "Sammi Saver" should they need help with the answer. JWoww was the first to fall through the hole below her after not being able to give the definition of "caucus".

Deena followed next, failing over a question about which college Ellen went to. Snooki was the last one standing and she could won if she correctly answered several more questions. However, she got stumped when asked who the leader of the executive branch of the government is.

The "Jersey Shore" girls made the "Ellen" appearance right in time for their reality show's season 5 premiere, which aired later the same day at 10 P.M. on MTV.
