Engagement rumor continues to circulate around Carey Mulligan. Months after it was reported that Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons has proposed to her, the former girlfriend of Shia LaBeouf is photographed wearing a sparkler on her ring finger while out in public.
The actress, who received an Oscar nomination for her role in "An Education", sported the jewelry piece when waiting for a friend at the Sydney Airport in Australia on Tuesday, September 27. It is still unclear whether the ring she wore is an engagement ring, while her camp remains mum about her personal life.
Carey first met Marcus when she saw him playing at a concert in Nashville, Tennessee back in February. Days later, they went out together to see a secret Arcade Fire show in New York City. They were reported to have got engaged in late July. The Sun, at the time, claimed that Marcus popped the question at 250BPS-a-night Babington House in Somerset.
