Just days before San Diego Comic Con 2011 will be kicked off, a panel for "Bones" is canceled, TVLine reports. A representative for the show explains that the event, that was set to take place on Friday, July 22, is scrapped because both Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz are unable to come to San Diego due to personal reasons.

Beside the two lead stars, creator/executive producer Hart Hanson as well as executive producer Stephen Nathan were also set to attend the panel. FOX has even released an official poster for the crime drama series to be brought to the convention.

Meanwhile, panels for other FOX's shows including "Glee", "Fringe", "The Simpsons" and "Terra Nova" are still on schedule. This year's Comic Con itself will run from July 21 until July 24.
