Has Demi Lovato secretly hooked up with Ryan Phillippe? E! News recently brought out the news that the "Skyscraper" singer has been quietly dating the Louis Roulet of "The Lincoln Lawyer" over the last couple of months. A source close to the actor, however, said otherwise.
While E! reported that the unlikely pair got "really hot and heavy for a while", the inside source denied there was any romantic things going on between the two. The insider stressed that the report is "not true", before adding that the former husband of Reese Witherspoon is "totally single".
As for the hook-up rumor itself, Demi and Ryan allegedly began seeing each other "casually", but "quickly heated up". It was said that things "cooled a bit" when Ryan's ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp gave birth to his third child. A source told E! News, "It kind of threw her for a loop."
Ryan isn't the first 30-something actor who has been linked romantically to Demi. The "Camp Rock" actress was rumored to be dating 31-year-old Wilmer Valderrama before her rehab stint in late 2010. They reportedly rekindled their romance after she left rehab, but have called it quits recently.
