Although ABC gave the death verdict to "All My Children" and "One Life to Live", they may escape the chopping blocks anyway. Media company Prospect Park has reportedly bought the online rights to the two long-running shows.

According to NY Post, the company, which produces USA Network's "Royal Pains", will keep the remaining cast members such as Susan Lucci and will pick up where the story left off on TV. The not-yet-named online network will begin soon after the soaps finish their run in broadcast, which is in September.

"All My Children" and "One Life to Live" are expected to be the first of TV shows to eventually land at the site. Prospect Park is finalizing its current round of funding for the Hulu-esque project in the next month to 45 days.
