"Dancing with the Stars" has announced who make it to the final round. On Tuesday's (May 17) result show, Ralph Macchio was sent home, leaving Hines Ward, Chelsea Kane (aka Chelsea Staub) and Kirstie Alley as the final three.

Getting perfect scores for his two fully-choreographed dances on May 16's performance show, Hines was the first announced safe. He was soon joined by Chelsea who received the highest total score on Monday.

The two finalists later spoke about their dances for the finale. Hines said he will be doing the quickstep, while Chelsea revealed she will be doing the samba.

Although some think Kirstie is not a strong contender for Hines and Chelsea, she has shown steady performances throughout the season. Ralph, meanwhile, got the lowest total score on his last performance night with judges not in favor of his Argentine tango.

"I will never forget how the fans have driven us through every week... I would run here every Monday for us to present what we worked on," Ralph said upon learning his fate. He thanked his family, friends, the show and the crew.

To his partner Karina Smirnoff, he said, "Karina, you have inspired me in so many ways with your heart, your talent your class your integrity as an artist and even more so as a human being I'm proud to have been your dance partner and more proud to be your friend."
