The long awaited official trailer for another Marvel's film "Thor" has finally been made available for viewing pleasure via Yahoo! Movies. It basically contains similar scenes to those featured in a trailer screened at Comic Con this July, which was then leaked to the web few days later.

It starts with Chris Hemsworth's Thor who tries to break free from what looks like a research facility, knocking down some guards. He, however, ends up being interrogated by Agent Coulson who asks his background. The scenes then switch to the Hall of Asgard as Thor recalls why and how he is cast down to Earth.

He is then found by Natalie Portman's Jane Foster, who later becomes his love interest. Forced to live among humans as punishment, the powerful but arrogant warrior learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.

Anthony Hopkins portrays Thor's father Odin, while Tom Hiddleston is cast as Thor's nemesis Loki. Jaimie Alexander, Kat Dennings, Stellan Skarsgard and more additionally join the cast ensemble.

Coming from the directing hand of Kenneth Branagh, "Thor" is set for early summer movie, occupying May 6, 2011 slot.
