The ex-wife of Jesse James was quizzed by Orange County police after throwing a hot drink over a paparazzo as she headed into the court for a child custody hearing.

Jesse James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder has been questioned by cops following her way to a courthouse in Orange County for a child custody hearing on Thursday, October 21. However, the porn star dealt with the police investigation not because of the custody matter but due to alleged assault to a snapper.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Janine was seen assaulting a paparazzi. It was all started when Janine headed to the court along with a female companion with several photographers following them through. However, things got nasty when one snapper got too close to her, leading the star lashing out at him and then throwing a hot coffee she was carrying over the paparazzi.
After being doused with the hot liquid by Janine, the snapper was seen falling backwards against a wall. And when Janine and the companion got into an elevator without taking a look at the snapper, Orange County sheriff's deputies moved in and joined her. According to the site, cops have been questioning Janine about the incident during the time of the report. Meanwhile, the paparazzi was admitted to a hospital.
Janine Lindemulder has been in custody battle with Jesse James over their daughter Sunny since she was released from jail for tax evasion earlier this year. Janine launched her child custody battle because Jesse was granted full guardianship of little Sunny in early 2009. The little girl is currently living in Texas with Jesse.
