AceShowbiz - Busy schedule of promoting her new movie "Conviction" apparently has made %cHilary Swank% forget to clean her hairy armpits before she stepped out for a recent red carpet event. The 36-year-old beauty flashed her tufty underarms as she donned a gold sleeveless Calvin Klein dress.
Swank was unaware that her hairy armpits drew cameras' attention when she struck a pose at the red carpet of Elle Magazine's Women in Hollywood Tribute party at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles on Monday night, October 18. Though so, the "Birds of America" actress wasn't the first beauty caught in the hairy-armpits faux pas.
%cJulia Roberts% unwittingly revealed her hairy armpits during the 1999 London premiere of "Notting Hill" while %cDrew Barrymore% showed hers at a Marc Jacobs fashion show in 2005. Moreover, %cBeyonce Knowles% joined the list of hairy-armpits faux pas following the premiere of her movie "Cadillac Records" in 2008.
Her hairy-armpits faux pas aside, Swank, who joined %cGwyneth Paltrow%, %cJake Gyllenhaal%, %cKate Hudson%, %cDiane Kruger% and %cGoldie Hawn% at the Elle Event, has her film "Conviction" just released on Friday, October 15. In the drama movie, she portrays Betty Anne Waters, a sister of %cSam Rockwell%'s Kenny.
