As if "Community" is not funny enough, the producers have brought in Betty White to up the ante. The 88-year-old actress is coming to the NBC sitcom this coming season as an anthropology professor named June Bauer who is highly-esteemed, but is questionable in terms of sanity.
White's guest appearance reportedly is only set for one episode. The veteran actress is a regular on TV Land's "Hot in Cleveland" which has just been renewed for a second season. Additionally, she is due to promote her latest feature film project "You Again" which will be released in theaters on September 24.
The return date of "Community" is still unknown because NBC has not announced its Fall schedule. But the series which follows a twisted student body at Greendale Community College, will be at San Diego Comic Con this July 24 at 3:00 P.M. The producers and cast will do an animated discussion and Q&A session about what's in store for viewers this Fall.
