Warner Bros. Pictures has, through Yahoo! Movies, released the first trailer for "Due Date" featuring Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis on the lead. It follows Downey Jr.'s Peter Highman, an expectant first-time father who hurries to catch a flight home from Atlanta as his wife's due date is a mere five days away.

But his best intentions go completely awry after he encounters aspiring actor Ethan Tremblay, played by Galifianakis. Forced to hitch a ride with Ethan though he can't stand Ethan's behaviors, Peter embarks on cross-country road trip will ultimately destroy several cars, numerous friendships and Peter's last nerve.

Directed and written by Todd Phillips, "Due Date" also stars Michelle Monaghan, Juliette Lewis and Jamie Foxx among others. This comedy is scripted by Alan R. Cohen and Alan Freedland and will be dropped in theaters across the U.S. on November 5.
