Lady GaGa, who used to work as a stripper when she was 18 years old, says she loves British men, claiming their accent as "borderline pretentious".

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa, who is known for wearing racy outfits on and off stage, has revealed her dark past, telling Fabulous magazine she used to work as a stripper when she was a teenager despite the fact that she was born in a wealthy Italian family. "I was working in strip clubs when I was 18. I moved out of home, wouldn't take any help from my parents and supported myself with waitressing jobs and stripping," the singer-songwriter openly admits.
"My act was pretty wild. I'd wear black leather and dance to Black Sabbath, Guns N' Roses and Faith No More. Very rock 'n' roll," she recalls. On the reason that initiated her to take the job, she explains, "I have a strong sense of my own sexuality. I love the naked human body and I have huge body confidence."
Concerning her love life, Lady GaGa has been quoted by Digital Spy as telling Fabulous, "I've only ever really been in love once." Speaking about the person she loves, the music performer reveals, "He didn't want me to do this job. He wanted me to stay at home, so I left. It broke my heart, but also made me realise music is my first love."
Of her love for British men, the "Poker Face" hitmaker opens up, "I do love British men, though. They're smart and the accent is borderline pretentious, which I love." Saying further she thinks Prince Harry is "handsome", she jokingly adds that she could never give up her "lace and leather" to join the Royals.
