Right after the announcement that they make it to the next round of 'American Idol', the three contestants take turn in revealing about themselves.

AceShowbiz - The "American Idol" fever escalates in rate when the show announced on Thursday, February 26 the other three contestants to advance to the Top 12 round. Adam Lambert, the voice of the Broadway, joins the youngest contestant that the show has admit to the Top 12, Allison Iraheta, and 'shocker' Kris Allen who got little screen time yet receives viewers vote. Soon, the first wave of fame has come upon them in the form of press interviews.

Lambert talks to MTV, mainly on the subject that he is closely associated with, Broadway. When asked how he compares the "Idol" and the musical theater, he answered, "You have to be on your game with the theater world. You have to be ready to go at any moment. I mean, this machine is turning real fast."

Plus, he doesn't hope that the show has a Broadway week. "...I just don't see myself doing that as a recording artist in that way," he said. Lambert also mentioned David Bowie as the artist he would like to channel.

More is also known about the red-haired Iraheta. At 16, she becomes the youngest so far to reach the Top 12. In fact, she admitted to the reporters that she had waited so long to get into the competition since she was 9 when the show first aired. "We're all here for the same thing and it depends on how much we want it," she said via telephone conference call.

This however is not her first experience on TV. She won a bilingual singing competition on Telemundo. "It helped me out with being on the stage in front of cameras a little," she said. "It's nothing compared to this."

Meanwhile, Allen lives up to the title of a 'shocker' when he goes through the next round particularly since his performance was deemed by the judges as forgettable. It is also contributed by the lack of screen time that he got from the producers of the show while he was still in the audition rounds. "I wasn't looking for the cameras and trying to put my face in there," Allen said in defense.

Simon Cowell had a reason why Allen is one of the highest vote-getters, his good look. "Um, it probably helped. I'm not gonna lie," he told MTV with a laugh. Despite the valuable 'ammo', Allen is not scared to admit that he is indeed attached. "I've been with the same woman for the past seven years," he revealed.

"American Idol" will be back on Tuesday, March 3 when the last 12 contestants to compete for a stool in the Top 12 will perform. The result show will be held the next day and the Wild Card round will be conducted on Thursday, March 5 where the final Top 12 is revealed.
