A music video aimed to promote Plies' single "Want It, Need It" has arrived. Directed by Plies himself joining forces with Yolanda Gerald, it features Ashanti, who teams up with him in the track as well as makes a cameo appearance.

Plies has released "Want It, Need It" in early January as the second single from his third studio album "Da REAList". As for the effort, he has dropped it since mid December 2008 under Atlantic Records as a follow up to his previous album "Definition of Real".

In addition to teaming up with Ashanti, Plies joins forces with Sean Garrett in Christopher "Tricky" Stewart-produced song "Street Light". He also collaborates with Chris J in the album's first single "Put It on Ya".
