'I fear that day. You should have seen how nervous we were just going to the announcement ceremony,' Kevin Jonas of Jonas Brothers said when referring to the forthcoming Grammy Awards ceremony.

AceShowbiz - Jonas Brothers have admitted to feel nervous about attending the gala ceremony of the 51st Annual Grammy Awards in February. "I fear that day," Kevin Jonas told Radio Disney as quoted by People. "You should have seen how nervous we were just going to the announcement ceremony."

Recalling the night when they ran to the primetime Grammy nomination concert on December 3, 2008, Nick Jonas meanwhile hinted they were almost late for the ball. "We didn't think we were going to be on time! We literally ran to our seats and right when we got to our seats they [announced] Jonas Brothers!" he stated.

On their hope for Grammy, Nick shared that it would be amazing to win a prize at the ceremony. "As an artist and a songwriter ... you always dream about being nominated for a Grammy. And if we do win - wow, that would be amazing," he noted.

Jonas Brothers are among the nominees of 2009 Grammy Awards. They will go head-to-head with Adele, Duffy, Jazmine Sullivan and Lady Antebellum in "Best New Artist" category.

The 51st Annual Grammy Awards will be held on February 8, 2009, at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles. It will be broadcast live in high definition TV and 5.1 surround sound on CBS from 8 - 11:30 P.M. (ET/PT).
