Breaking her silence over her love life with DJ Mathieu Schreyer, Rosario Dawson has denied the circulating speculation claiming they are engaged. Setting the record straight on their romance, she tells People that she and Mathieu indeed are dating, but they have yet planned to get married.

"Believe me, no," Rosario tells the weekly magazine at a New York bash in honor of the 2009 Audi A4. "Oh my God, I'd be getting calls from my grandmother being like, 'Mija! How come I had to read this first?'"

Rosario and Mathieu have been dating less than one year. They, nevertheless, rarely talk publicly about their love relationship.

The pair was rumored to get engaged in early April this year after Rosario was spotted wearing a new gold ring on her left ring finger. She showed off her new bling to photographers after leaving Hollywood's Foxtail Restaurant on April 5.

Besides talking about her relationship with Mathieu, Rosario also tells People about her upcoming big screen movie "Seven Pounds", which reunites her with "Men in Black" co-star Will Smith, whom she praises as "amazing." Gushing about the flick itself, she states, "It's a tearjerker movie. If you buy a ticket to this movie, make sure you get a box of tissues with you."
