In Touch Weekly broke the news that Babyface and his backup dancer girlfriend Nikki Pattenburg are expecting their first child together.

AceShowbiz - Another baby is on the way for Babyface. The R&B and pop musician is about to become a father for one more time as his girlfriend Nikki Pattenburg is pregnant with their first child together.
The good news was first reported by In Touch Weekly, which already quoted an insider as saying, "Babyface is thrilled about the pending bundle of joy." The baby is due at the end of 2008, it has been claimed.
Concerning the good news, the insider furthermore said that Babyface's then wife Tracey Edmonds has sent best wishes to him. "They have a great relationship and she's happy for them both," the insider said in a statement.
Babyface and Tracey wed on September 5, 1992. The couple who are parents to sons; Brandon Edmons and Dylan Michael, later on split and had their divorce finalized on June 22, 2007.
Tracey once became the subject of media attention with her brief marriage to actor-comedian Eddie Murphy. As for Babyface, he reportedly has been dating Nikki since January 2007. Despite her pregnancy, the couple, however, are said to have no plans to wed.
