The remix is added with rapping by Jay-Z and production by Jermaine Dupri.

AceShowbiz - As promised, Jay-Z releases a remix of Mariah Carey's "E=MC²" second single, "Bye Bye". The mashed-up version has been leaked on-line, featuring Jay-Z's rapping and a much more hype tempo that creates a "happier" tone compared to the original one.

Producer Jermaine Dupri spilled to MTV last week that he entered the studio with Jay-Z to do a remix of "Bye Bye". Speaking of the new joint, Durpi said, "The remix for the Mariah record is crazy. Young Hov and Mariah crank it up, and myself, JD - a.k.a. Barry Bonds - cleans up."

"Bye Bye" is co-written by Carey as a track of her April 15 album and produced by Stargate. A music video reportedly has been shot with Carey's rumored boyfriend, Nick Cannon, making a cameo. The video is scheduled for a premiere on Monday, April 28 on BET's 106 & Park.

Meanwhile, "E=MC²" as expected will debut at #1 on Billboard Hot 200 chart, having sold more than 475,000 copies according to a press release although the final count is not yet accumulated. It has been confirmed that "Love Story" will be pulled as the third single from the album.
