The wait is over. Usher's mini-me has been born.
Usher's wife Tameka Foster has on Monday night November 26th in Atlanta given birth to a baby boy, the singer's representative confirmed to MTV News.
The newborn baby, supposedly shares the same name as the proud father, was born at 9:30 p.m. and weighed 7 pounds and 9 ounces. No other details being made public though, except that Usher was with his wife and new son Tuesday November 27th at an Atlanta hospital, and the family is expected to head home on Wednesday November 28th.
This is the first child for Usher while is the fourth for Tameka who has had three children from a previous marriage.
Usher, 29, and Tameka, 37, initially planned to exchange vows in a star-studded wedding at music mogul L.A. Reid's Hamptons home on July 28th. Unfortunately, they called it off at the last minute and instead tied the knot in a low key ceremony on August 3rd in the office of Usher's Atlanta lawyer.
Usher spoke to People on his expecting a baby boy back in September, saying "I just want my son to fully be coherent and to be healthy, first and foremost."
