The video features frontman Brandon Flowers wandering around in a seemingly deserted house where Reed was sitting at a piano.

'Tranquilize' is included in the compilation 'Sawdust' which the band will release on November 13. It was made available for download on October 13 and will have its physical release tomorrow (November 6).

'Sawdust' feature B-Sides, rarities and remixes by the band including covers such as Dire Strait's 1980 single 'Romeo and Juliet' and their notable rendition of Joy Division's 'Shadowplay'.
