Surprise, surprise, Jamelia is engaged to be married.
The R&B and pop singer is engaged to footballer boyfriend and her daughter's father Darren Byfield.
The "Superstar" singer initially threw a surprise birthday party for Byfield in Birmingham on Sunday night October 7th when she was, in return, shocked by the Bristol City player's proposal in front of family and friends.
Byfield got down on one knee at his birthday party and asked the mum-of-two to marry him.
"I'm completely over the moon. Darren proposing was a real surprise but I'm totally delighted. I can't stop smiling!" Jamelia said.
Jamelia and Byfield have been dating for three years and have a daughter, Tiani Byfield, who turns two later this month. She also has a six-year-old daughter, Teja, from a previous relationship.
Jamelia and Byfield briefly split in August but were soon back together.
