Much contrary to the heavy speculation spread among people, Lindsay Lohan won't be leaving rehab facility anytime soon.

The star's mother, Dina Lohan, has put to rest rumors on that matter, claiming them as not accurate. Emailed by Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, Dina insisted that's not the case. "Not true staying in Utah," so she said in an email wrote to Billy.

Rumors are mounting just yesterday that Lindsay is to be freed from rehab this coming weekend. A friend of her was quoted as saying that the actress-singer not yet knows where to go by the time she leaves the facility.

Lindsay checked into the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment center in Sundance, Utah early last month to deal with her addiction and reportedly already reconciled with her father Michael Lohan.
