Wilmer Valderrama confirmed to People his joining pals Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton to open a restaurant.

AceShowbiz - Yes it's true, Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton are opening a restaurant.
Speaking on their new business venture to People at Monday's John Varvatos show for New York's Fashion Week, Valderrama said "Nick and I started talking about doing some stuff together, and Nicky's always been really sweet. Then we started talking to ... PURE [nightclub] management, and they gave me the opportunity to be part of this one."
The restaurant, to be located in the Luxor hotel Las Vegas, is called "The Company." According to the actor "It's a steak house" and "It's going to be really special for Vegas, a different flavor," including its "architecture, the chef, (and) the vibe of the restaurant."
"There's a lot of great restaurants in Vegas, but this is exciting because it's a different branding, kind of next generation type things," Valderrama went on saying, adding that "The Company" is set to open "in a couple of months."
