While her debut album is already under work, Jordin Sparks grabbed the pen and signed a contract with 19 Recordings/Jive Records. The deal is part of the prize after Jordin came a out as the winner of sixth season of 'American Idol'.

"'American Idol' has truly been a life-altering experience," Sparks said in a statement. "I can't wait to share this next chapter of my story with all the fans that have supported me so far.

Jordin's album will arrive in November but a single called 'Tattoo' will be dropped on radio first on August 27. The first single is co-written by Amanda Ghost who also co-penned James Blunt's 'You're Beautiful' and produced by Stargate who is known for his work with Beyonce Knowles and Ne-Yo.
