Sad to say that Britney Spears could possibly lose the custody of her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to ex-husband Kevin Federline should she keeps acting wild and uncontrolled.

Taking into account her bizarre behavior, K-Fed reportedly is looking forward to get primary custody of their sons. It is said that the failed rapper thinks Brit has exposed the kids to "unnecessary risk," and thus he's seriously worried that something bad might happen to them.

It is understandable then that K-Fed refused to sign the custody agreement Spears offered him. He, moreover, even asked his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan to get him "primary custody soon," a source close to the couple revealed.

"Kevin is convinced she's not fit to raise the kids," the source went on saying. "He's done tolerating her behavior and is gearing up to fight for full custody."
