The heiress has just begun her simple life. Paris Hilton has begun serving her Los Angeles jail sentence for violating probation, her attorney Richard Hutton confirmed in a statement released Sunday June 3rd at 11:20 p.m.
"Paris Hilton has turned herself in to begin serving her sentence for violating probation at a Los Angeles County Jail located in Lynwood, California," Richard said in a statement.
It is said that just hours after strolling the pink carpet at the 2007 MTV Movie Awards, Paris, her mother and sister, were driven late Sunday by Richard to the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles, where she officially surrendered to the L.A. County Sheriff.
Paris was then driven to a woman's jail in Lynwood where she is now serving her sentence. How is she going there inside the prison? We'll be sure to let you know.
