Grammy award winning LeToya Luckett has signed a mutual deal with Warner/Chappell Music whereby the label has the right to worldwide publishing of her work. The R&B crooner will have her own catalogue for all of her previous works including debut album "LeToya" as well as her future projects.

"LeToya has emerged as a powerhouse solo artist who is not only a remarkable singer and performer, but an outstanding songwriter as well," Urban Music VP Chris Hicks said. "We are very excited to have such a great talent join the Warner/Chappell family." LeToya in return expressed her enthusiasm to work with the company and is looking forward to work with their "incredible lineup of Urban songwriters and producers."

LeToya was responsible in co-writing Destiny's Child's winning hits "Bills Bills Bills" and "Say My Name". She also co-wrote 11 of the 15 tracks included in "LeToya" (2006). She is now working on the sophomore set.
