Rapper Common has set a release date for new album "Finding Forever". The album will be released July 10 via Geffen Records. He has tapped several noted artists to contribute both in front and behind this piece.

People in the back stage of this seventh album include Kanye West, will.i.am, the late hip hop producer J Dilla and Grammy award winning producer Devo Springsteen. West produced the first single "The People" that features singer Dwele and other 7 tracks.

Bilal, Nas and D'Angelo are the other R&B singers trusted to lend their voice in some of the tracks. Nas assists him in the song "The Ambassadors" while D'Angelo is featured in song "So Far To Go". British pop artist Lily Allen meanwhile can be heard in track "Driving Me Wild".

"I want to leave a mark on this earth," the 35 years old rapper said. "By making music and saying what I have to say in my music is one of the ways I will exist forever."
