Cheyenne Frontier Days this year will not only serve free pancakes but also a groundbreaking mixture of rock and country music. Def Leppard and Grammy award winning Bon Jovi have been slated to perform as part of the 10 days Western celebration.

Bon Jovi will open the first night on July 20 while Def Leppard performs on July 28.

Bon Jovi's recent revelation in country vibe may be reasonable to fit in the festival, but the question, why Def Leppard? Upon the reason bringing rock tunes to the Western event, the chairman of CFD Joe Lopez said that it would be a good business. "The request has always been there to mix it up," he explained.

Other than the two, the will be a string of shows from Big & Rich, Cowboy Troy, Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood, LeAnn Rimes, Gretchen Wilson and Los Lonely Boys. "I think down the road we're going to see some different entertainers come to Cheyenne Frontier Days," Lopez continued.
