Trouble has found Pete Doherty again. The Babyshambles singer was fined $1,400 by a London court Wednesday November 8th after he admitted assaulting a BBC reporter outside the same courthouse earlier this year.

The rocker previously denied doing the assault but was then forced to change his plea after television footage proved otherwise. And thus, Doherty was pleaded guilty to kicking BBC Radio 1 reporter Trudi Barber outside Thames Magistrates' Court on March 23rd.

Doherty, in addition, was ordered to pay $475 in compensation to Barber, who lost sleep due to the pain, and $380 in court costs. As of Barber's side, the reporter said the incident resulted pain in her hand that spread to the shoulder and she was prescribed painkillers for the pain.
