There has been an amicable resolution in Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen's divorce case.

AceShowbiz - The divorce battle between the once-couple Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen finally is over as they both have reached an amicable resolution in the case. "Both parties have amicably resolved any outstanding issues on an interim basis," Sheen's attorney, Lance Spiegel, said Monday August 14th outside a Los Angeles courthouse with Richards's lawyer, Neal Hersh, by his side.
Those "issues" among others include the restraining order obtained by Richards in April that had been keeping Sheen at least 300 yards away from her and their two daughters Sam and Lola. It is said that the restraining order has been dropped. Neither Richards' attorney nor Sheen's lawyer would comment on the details of the resolution reached Monday during a private hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court.
They also refused to say whether the restraining order remained in effect. A Sept. 12 hearing that had been scheduled for a child custody evaluation will not be held and there are no future court dates, Hersh said.
