Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising TV Spot 'Using Their Sexuality'

"Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" is an upcoming American comedy film directed by Nicholas Stoller and starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, and Chloë Grace Moretz. The film is a sequel to the 2014 film Neighbors. In the sequel, Mac and Kelly Radner (Rogen and Byrne) are trying to sell their house when they are faced with a new challenge: a sorority has moved in next door. The sorority, led by Shelby (Moretz), is determined to party and make life miserable for Mac and Kelly. Mac and Kelly must team up with their former enemy, Teddy (Efron), to take down the sorority and sell their house.
