Rhona Mitra, Michael Sheen, Bill Nighy, Shane Brolly"Underworld: Rise of the Lycans" delves into the origins of the centuries-old blood feud between the aristocratic vampires, known as Death Dealers, and the barbaric Lycans (werewolves). A young Lycan, Lucian (Michael Sheen), emerges as a powerful leader who rallies the werewolves to rise up against Viktor (Bill Nighy), the cruel vampire king who has persecuted them for hundreds of years. Lucian is joined by his secret lover, the beautiful vampire Sonja (Rhona Mitra), in his battle to free the Lycans from their brutal enslavement.

This movie rock! I enjoyed it and i was very happy and excited by the way how things goes on Werewolves/Lycans favor! Lucian after William is the strongest of them and those 2 beside hybrids are the most powerful characters in Underworld.

I don't know if anyone is familiar with the table top RP platform "White wolf". I you are you will know what I am talking about. Ever since i saw part one, i was always a bit disheartened about how 'pitiful' the lycans were protrayed in this series. I feel as though they should be considerably stronger than thier undead counter parts. Either case i think it will be kinda cool to get a better backround on Lucian...I liked him alot in the 1st movie...didn't like him dying, but I liked him a lot. But then again I'm not gonna my breath on the quality of the movie either

Underworld is still an underrated series; nice to see great writing/character development in an action film.

WHY?!? Recipe for next film (after this one bombs): 1. Find dead horse 2. Select bludgeon 3. Beat dead animal to death 4. Lather, Rinse, Repeat 5. Throw money & baby powder at Beckinsale to get her back into tight, black pleather
