On New Year's Eve, Kirsten's spoiled younger sister Hailey comes to town. Hailey persuades Sandy and Kirstin to go out so she can throw a wild party, having locked Ryan and Seth in the pool house. Oliver casts his spell over Marissa by inviting her to his penthouse party. Meanwhile Ryan is hoping he can make it to Marissa in time for their first New Year's kiss together.
