Mike & Molly Episode 4.05 Poker in the Front, Looker in the Back

Mike and Molly move back into their old room upstairs for a change of scenery in hopes of stimulating Molly's creative juices. Molly soon finds other distractions and recruits Joyce to come and spy on their suspicious neighbor through the window. They concoct a murder mystery in their heads and go to various lengths to investigate, but in the end they realize that their neighbor is not involved in any dubious activities. Meanwhile, when all of the guys get together for a poker game, their discussion of Mike supporting Molly's dream leads to each of them sharing their own dreams and ambitions.
