The Mentalist Episode 6.05 The Red Tattoo

The CBI investigates the murder of Chad Parkman, a former Olympic gymnastics coach, who appears to have been stabbed to death in a hotel room. Surveillance footage doesn't show anyone else having entered the room, though, and there's a twenty story drop out the window, so Jane doesn't have much to go on. Compounding the mystery, the knife used to stab Parkman is found in a seemingly unrelated carjacking nearby. Because Parkman was a member of Visualize, second-in-command Jason Cooper and ex-CBI agent Ray Haffner show up to help out. Haffner is on Jane's list of suspects, though, and he isn't afraid to let Jane know that he believes Red John will finally take him out sooner or later.
