Before this season's Biggest Loser was announced, Ali revealed the votes for the third finalist. She brought out Mike and Ron, who both looked fitter than ever before. Alison told Mike he would be the third finalist competing against Helen and Tara for $250,000.

Ali welcomed the first four at-home players to the stage to find out who had lost the highest percentage of weight, starting with the first two teams eliminated: Jerry and Estella, and Damien and Nicole. So far, Jerry was the one to beat after losing 177 pounds and having a 47.97 total percent of weight loss.

The next group of contestants to compete for the at-home grand prize of $100,000 joined Ali on stage. Sione, Filipe, Joelle and Carla were ready to see how they did. Even though all four of the players lost weight, none of them lost enough to beat Jerry.

With Jerry still in the lead, Ali brought out the next group of four competitors to be weighed in. Blaine, Dane, Mandi and Aubrey received a huge round of applause as they walked out on stage. The players pulled some pretty impressive numbers, but still, nobody lost enough to beat Jerry.

The next players to walk out on stage were David, Daniel, Cathy and Kristin. Before the weigh-in could begin, Ali wanted to know what it was like for Kristin to make a magazine cover. She said it exceeded all of her wildest expectations.

David, Daniel and Cathy didn't lose enough to knock Jerry out of first place, but now it was time for Kristin to weigh in. Kristin had always been a competitor on the ranch and she proved to be one at home, as well. She lost 162 pounds, which wasn't enough to take over Jerry's record, but it was enough to garner a standing ovation from the audience.

The final three contestants from the at-home competition walked out on stage. Ron, Shanon and Laura were all ready to see if they'd lost enough weight to beat Jerry. Ali pointed out that the three contestants on stage each had a partner who was in the finals. Ron, Shanon, and Laura all thought their partner had what it takes to win.

After the last three at-home competitors failed to beat Jerry's number, Ali declared him the winner of $100,000. Jerry's friends and family went wild in the audience and Jerry's oldest granddaughter got up on stage to help him celebrate. He even lifted Jillian up in the air to prove how strong he was. Jerry was the oldest competitor ever on the show and was now an inspiration for all.

Before Alison could bring out the finalists, she interviewed Bob and Jillian. She wanted them to talk about the highs and lows of the season and how far all the contestants had come in their journey on The Biggest Loser.

Amanda and Erinn were two overweight women aspiring to be on next season's "The Biggest Loser." It was up to America to vote on who should be brought to the ranch next season. Ali revealed that the runner-up was going to win The Biggest Loser at-home fitness program, which would still help them reach their goal. Amanda found out she was going to be a contestant on next season's The Biggest Loser.

It was the moment everybody was waiting for, the final three were weighing in. Helen kicked it off by getting on the scale. Helen was happy when the scale said she'd lost 140 pounds and a total of 54.47% weight loss. The audience was just as happy for her.

Mike was the next one to weigh in. He couldn't believe the numbers when he found out he'd lost 207 pounds and a total of 53.35% weight loss. Mike was just pounds shy of claiming first place in the weigh-in. Mike still received a standing ovation from the crowd and the rest of the contestants.

Finally, Tara was the last finalist to weigh in and see if she could beat Helen for the $250,000 grand prize. Tara lost 155 pounds, which wasn't enough to beat Helen. It didn't matter to Tara; she still felt like a winner for getting her life back.

Helen was crowned this season's Biggest Loser and was joined on stage by her daughter and teammate Shanon to help celebrate!
