Helen thanked the players for keeping her on the ranch one more week. Filipe watched Mike and Ron walk away and knew what they were up to. Filipe was choosing to play dumb to Mike and Ron's game play, but he knew they were next on his radar to vote off.

Bob was saddened to see Kristin gone and talked to Filipe and Ron to see what happened. Bob didn't by into Ron's nonchalant recap of how the voting went down. He knew that Kristin was voted off strictly because of Ron's game play to get his son to the finale. Ron lied and told Bob he did not influence Mike's vote. Bob lost a lot of faith in Ron at that moment.

The remaining players on the ranch met Ali in the gym for a trip down memory lane. They watched a video of their first days on the ranch and how hard they'd struggled to a do a simple push-up. None of the players could believe how big they once were when they arrived on the ranch. Ali had one more surprise in store. She told the players this was their last week on campus.

Helen and Tara each brought some "goal" clothes with them to the ranch. Helen thought it was about time they tried the outfits on to see if they fit. It was an accomplished moment for both women, when they discovered they could fit into the clothes they had brought and showed them off. Then Mike showed off that he could fit into his "goal" jacket and jeans.

The players all took a trip to Dr. H's office to see how much they progress they had made with their health. He had nothing but good news to tell the players. Everyone's health had dramatically improved and he couldn't be more excited about their futures.

For the players challenge, they had to climb a total of 16 dirt hills, wearing the same amount of weight they had started with on the ranch. With each hill they climbed, they would remove the same amount of weight they lost for that week on the ranch. The players were in shock with how much their weight had hindered them before.

Tara was having a hard time when the challenge began because she didn't how tough it would be to carry that much weight. As soon as she began packing herself, she started passing up the other players. Eventually, she passed up the two leads, Filipe and Mike, and was able to win another challenge. Mike was proud of himself to come in second place and he was able to go back and help his dad complete the challenge, too. Tara won either $10,000 or a one-pound advantage at the weigh in and Mike won whatever Tara didn't pick.

It was time for the players to train the trainers to teach them what they had learned since being on the ranch. Jillian always hated the idea of getting her butt kicked by the players because she never had a reason to be on the ranch; she kept in shape. But, Bob loved when the players become trainers, mostly because it involved watching Jillian get her butt kicked.

Ron and Filipe were determined to work Bob out to the maximum. Bob was ready for them to bring it on. But, as Bob started to feel the burn, he began to snap at his team. The more Bob was sweating, the more Ron and Filipe were loving it.

Jillian was sweating up a storm with Helen, Tara, and Mike's workouts. After they were done, both trainers couldn't wait to kill their players at their very last last-chance workouts.

Now it was time for the players to get down to business. It was the last-chance workout and Jillian kept reminding her team they didn't not come this far to not be finalists in the end.

Bob was training Ron in the gym for the last-chance workout. Bob was putting aside his anger about Kristin being voted off and concentrating on Ron's dedication. Ron had spent almost his entire time on the ranch with one working shoulder and leg and here he was almost at the finals. Bob was determined to see him reach the finals.

Bob pointed out that he had never seen Filipe more focused on a last-chance workout as he was now. Bob kept reminding Filipe to think of Sione while he was in that gym and that he was on the ranch for the both of them, now. Filipe kept repeating that nobody was going to take him down.

Before the weigh-in could begin, Ali asked Tara what she had chosen as her top prize from the challenge. Knowing she had to focus on the game now, she chose the one-pound advantage; Mike was happy to be given the $10,000.

The players all pulled very impressive numbers at the weigh-in, but in the end, it was Filipe and Ron who fell below the yellow line. Filipe was very nervous because he knew he was a big threat on the ranch and was afraid he would be voted off over Ron. Filipe and Ron each pleaded to stay on the ranch, but Ron reminded the players that Filipe was the bigger threat among the two.

In the end, Filipe wasn't surprised when the players chose to eliminate him from the ranch. He knew he was the biggest threat and he had a target on his back. But, he also wanted to remind the rest of the players that he felt like a role model now and he hoped he could give other people hope. For the rest of the finalists, Ali reminded them it was time for them to go home and see if they could maintain their successful weight loss numbers away from the ranch.
