Mike faced the pressure of having to lose enough weight to keep all the players safe for one more week on the ranch. Mike had to lose more than nine pounds to make sure both teams were safe. If he did not, each team would lose a player.

The nail-biting moment didn't last forever. The scale revealed Mike lost a total of 11 pounds and both teams applauded and cheered. Mike's dad, Ron, was grinning from ear to ear out of pride for Mike's accomplishment and rushed to his side to give him a big hug. Both teams lost a total of 79 pounds for the week.

The players were not in the clear, just yet. After the weigh in, they had to meet Ali in the courtyard. She told them that each player would be paired up with another player from the opposite team for the week's weigh-in. Whoever won the weigh-in would score a point for their team. The first team to reach three points would win the weigh-in and wouldn't have to send anybody home.

The weigh-in match-ups would be determined by the winner of the pop challenge. Each player had to hold a medicine ball on their lap while squatting against a wall. In the end, Tara outlasted Mandi in the challenge by just seconds. Tara had to think about everybody's weight loss and she had to choose a player who wouldn't have to participate in the weigh-in because of the Black team's one extra player.

Tara read off the names of the players who would be squaring off against one another. The matches went like this: Mike versus Cathy, Sione versus Mandi, Filipe versus Kristin, Helen versus Ron, and Laura versus Aubrey. The match ups left Tara out of the competition. Ali told the players they were now looking in the faces of the player they had to beat in this week's weigh-in.

Each player wouldn't take their eyes off of their competitor while working out in the gym. This was going to be the hardest week in the ranch. Meanwhile, Jillian was feeling like her team was getting just a little too cocky in the gym and wanted them to tone it down a bit.

The teams met at a 24-Hour Fitness gym to find out about their challenge. Ali told them it was a relay race involving transporting 24 six-pound medicine balls through an obstacle course. To make the teams even, Mike and Laura stepped out for the Black team, and Kristin had to step out for the Blue team due to medical reasons.

The race got very close at the end, but the Black team pulled through, keeping their undefeated record in challenges. Their top prize was 24 hours of luxury, which they couldn't wait for. The Blue team was getting tired of their gloating and broke down in disappointment.

The Black team took a limo to Mandalay Beach for 24 hours of luxury in the Presidential suite: including massages, bubble baths, pedicures and manicures. Meanwhile, the Blue team was going to take advantage of having the gym all to themselves.

The Black team met up at a nice restaurant at the resort, where the menu had all sorts of tempting items to choose from. They consumed a grand total of 12,952 calories with their meals and tequila shots for dessert. The night got more out of control as the Black team drank more cocktails, ordered pub food, and even smoked cigarettes. Meanwhile, the Blue team prepared a delicious and healthy meal back at the ranch.

The Black team returned to the ranch and all agreed to not share with Jillian stories of their night out. She came into the kitchen and was not happy that her team won the prize that they did. Jillian just got angrier and angrier as the players admitted to smoking and drinking.

Jillian ripped into her team because of their behavior off-campus. She pointed out that she shouldn't have to care and that it's difficult for her already because half of her team's make it obvious they would prefer Bob as their trainer. Filipe fought back and yelled back at Jillian and she constantly gave him reasons to not trust her and prefer Bob.

After Filipe's blow-up, he walked out of the kitchen and Sione followed him. Jillian was speechless. Meanwhile, Filipe and Sione each talked about how they were over Jillian. They got to the gym and told Bob that they wanted him as a trainer and they were over Jillian. Bob said he would train both guys because in the end, it wasn't about Blue or Black teams.

Jillian and her team walked into the gym and were not surprised to see both Sione and Filipe working out with Bob. Jillian was a little disappointed that Bob took them under his wing so fast. Filipe admitted he was still a Black team member, despite his strained relationship with Jillian, because he still cared for his teammates.

It was time to have the players match up to see how they did. Before that, Tara weighed in solo and found out she'd lost nothing. She was hugely disappointed in herself. Meanwhile, Mike beat Cathy in the first showdown, Aubrey beat Laura when Laura gained a pound, Kristin beat Filipe, Helen beat Ron, and Sione beat Mandi when she gained two pounds. That meant the Black team won the weigh-in and were safe from elimination.Cathy, Ron and Kristin thought they should vote Mandi off. Aubrey didn't want to lose her sister, so she convinced Laura to use her free vote to help them keep Mandi on the ranch. But in the end, Mandi helped eliminate herself by voting for Ron instead of Cathy, which would have tied the two women. Aubrey broke down crying when she found out her sister would be leaving.
