Amy was feeling lost since voting Brady off of her Blue team. She turned to the Black team for support. Even Ed from Amy's team acknowledged that it was going to be rough for Amy from here on out because Vicky was crazy. Vicky has looked at Amy as a back-stabber since voting Brady off the ranch.

Vicky was now out for revenge. She decided that when everybody else slept, she would go to the gym and work out. Renee pointed out that Vicky was angry and that worked as a great motivator. Later on, Bob was shocked to learn Amy voted Brady out of the house, but he was also worried that Vicky's personal vendetta would only end up hurting herself.

After Bob noticed Amy being excluded from the Blue team, he went to her room to find her. She was there, still upset over how her team was treating her. Bob assured her she had to vote for what was best for her. She promised Bob that she was not going to let him down.

The players were shocked when they saw Ali pull up in a Delorian, dressed head-to-toe in '80s fashion. She told everybody it was '80s week on the ranch. The players were all shocked with how ugly Ali's outfit was. But, hey, it's '80s fashion!

Each player went back to their rooms where they found workout outfits from the '80s waiting for them. Some of the clothes were nostalgic for the players, who were taking a trip down memory lane as they were observing the colors and styles.

The Black team met Jillian at the gym, where she was waiting with Anthony, a choreographer. He was there to teach the Black team some heart-pumping '80s dance moves. Once the girls started to loosen up, they had a great time.

The Blue team got a kick out of Bob in his '80s workout gear. Bob knew that his team was already divided, so his goal was to create workouts that made them all laugh together and sweat together. His hopes were to bring the team closer. He had them all start off doing step aerobics.

After their workout, Bob sat his team down to talk to them. He wanted to give them the opportunity to say whatever was on their minds so they could move forward. Nobody said a word. Bob could sense the tension between Amy and Vicky and was upset that nobody seemed willing to communicate.

The '80s themed challenge tested each player's endurance while answering '80s trivia questions. If a player got an answer right, they could give some of the weight they were lifting to another player. If they got the answer wrong, they received more weight added on. The winner was also able to add one pound to any other player's total weight loss for the week, a prize that Vicky desperately wanted.

The last two remaining in the challenge were mother and daughter duo, Michelle and Renee. Renee took top prize at the end. She was able to choose $5,000 or a one-pound penalty to another player during the weigh in.

Jillian was on a rampage with her team. She had them all try spinning, but without sitting down on their bikes. The physical exhaustion alone pushed the Black team to tears. Jillian was trying to let her team know that if they fell below the yellow line, she wouldn't be able to save them.

Coleen had reached a milestone in her weight-loss goal when she realized she could fit into her "goal" shirt. The rest of her team was so happy for her. Renee gave Coleen a giant hug for her accomplishment.

Amy sat her team down and wanted to clear the air. She wanted Vicky to know that she had no intention of voting Brady off the week before, but at the same time, she had never promised anyone she wouldn't vote him off, either. She apologized over the rift and Vicky said she wouldn't trust Amy, again.

Bob felt like he was making improvements with his team working together. Now it was time for the weigh-in. Ali reminded the teams that they would be weighing in as individuals and not as teams.

Before the weigh-in could begin, Ali asked Michelle if, since she won the challenge, would she take the $5,000 prize money or add one pound to someone's total weight. She decided to use the one-pound penalty and give it to Vicky. Vicky wasn't surprised that Michelle picked her, but she wasn't worried about how it would affect her total weight.

Coleen was bummed out when she only lost three pounds. She broke down because she felt she wasn't ready to be sent back home. Jillian was speechless and kept fighting back the tears. She just wanted a scared Coleen to know that if she went home, she could succeed and Jillian would always be there for her.

Coleen and Vicky were below the yellow line and the players had to immediately head to the elimination room to vote. Before the votes could be counted, both women made their plea on why they should stay on the ranch.

The final votes were in and Coleen was eliminated. She fought back the tears as she said goodbye to her teammates. Amy assured her that she was going to do great at home because she had finally discovered who she really was.
