As soon as Amy saw the Black team walk through the doors, she could tell they had just voted her mom off. She started to cry because now she felt like a little piece of her had left, too. Amy really didn't want to face the Black team because of how they'd voted.

Jillian checked in on her team to see how they were holding up since voting Shellay off. She wanted to make sure they were ready to fight to stay on the ranch. She turned to Phil and asked was he aware that if the Black team won the next weigh in, there would be a huge possibility the next person voted off would be his wife. He was ready to face the truth.

Jillian and Bob each took their teams for an unusual work out. The Black team hiked into the mountains where they were to climb up a high platform, then jump off and balance on high beams connected to giant trees. Jillian had Michelle and Renee participate in an exercise to bring them closer together.

Meanwhile, Bob took his Blue team to a special type of gym that trained through focusing on trapeze-like exercises. Each team was surprised by how much strength they had gained since being on the ranch. The Blue team also worked on self-defense with a padded "assailant."

After the teams participated in their fun alternative exercises, they were introduced to a device called the "bod pod." When a contestant climbs in the bod pod, their fat is measured. Dr. Huizenga had the contestants participate in a series of tests to find out how much progress each person had made since first arriving on the ranch.

Dr. Huizenga loved the results he was getting back from all the tests. He was impressed with the improvements he was seeing. It was opportunity for the teams to hear great news about their health, as opposed to the bad news they heard when they first arrived on the ranch.

The teams were eager to hear about their challenge. Coleen wasn't too pleased to learn that it was going to be focused on balance. Ali explained that the teams had to walk a complete circle around a thin balance beam above water. If a contestant fell in the water, they were out. The first team to walk 25 times completely around the circle would win videos from home.

The contestants were having a difficult time with balancing, and were falling in the water. The only way they could re-join the challenge was to wait until everybody fell in, and then start from scratch.

The entire Blue team were the first ones to fall into the pool, so they had to wait for the entire Black team to fall in before being able to start over. Michelle, Renee, and Phil were still keeping their balance, so the Blue team decided to heckle them, hoping they would lose their concentration. Coleen was getting more and more ticked off with the Blue team's tactics.

After Michelle and Phil fell into the water, it was only Renee left. She knew she had to carry the Black team to victory as the Blue team sat on the sidelines, hoping and praying she'd fall in the water. That did not happen. Renee completed the remaining trips around the ring and got the Black team to 25 first.

Bob was disappointed to hear that his Blue team had lost miserably to the Black team in the challenge. They kept making up excuses, but he didn't want to hear them. Bob didn't want his team to focus on the prizes from the challenge, he wanted them to focus on the feeling of winning.

Michelle was so happy to realize that the video from home wasn't pre-taped, but a live conversation on video. Coleen started crying when she saw her father and how healthy he was looking. Even Coleen's boyfriend broke down in tears when he saw how amazing his girlfriend looked.

It was time for the last-chance workout and Bob was pushing his team hard. He knew that Jillian was doing the exact same thing with her team. Bob wanted to see more fat being burned up in the gym.

Meanwhile, Jillian was determined to get one person from her team to puke. She pointed out to her team that if they weren't puking, they weren't working out hard enough. Jillian centered her attention on Phil on the treadmill.

Bob was feeling daring and put 670 pounds on the leg press for Brady to push. Bob even acknowledged that he probably couldn't push that much weight. But Brady not only pushed all the weight with his legs, he did it ten times!

Phil was fed up with Jillian tormenting him on the treadmill, and he walked away. She wanted him back on, but he told her he really had to throw up and walked outside to do so. Jillian turned to the girls on the treadmills and told them that Phil was just bluffing. She was on a rampage and began yelling at the rest of her team to work out harder.

Later that night, Brady and Vicky walked into Heba's room with some news regarding Phil and Amy. They told Heba that Phil wanted to form an alliance with Brady and Vicky to keep his wife on their team. Heba was angry to think Phil was trying to get her eliminated in order to save his wife. Then they started to think Amy was behind the alliance, too.

It was time for the weigh in and the Black team went first. Jillian was surprised with how great her team was doing. Phil, Michelle and Renee each lost seven pounds and Coleen lost eight. Jillian pointed out that was more than a pound a day. Coleen was so happy with herself.

The Blue team, on the other hand, was not looking as happy when it was time for their weigh in. They weren't pulling the numbers they had hoped for and didn't want to get beat by the Black team again. Amy became very nervous when the scale revealed she'd only lost two pounds. Bob assured her the number had nothing to do with her effort and she still did a great job.

Amy broke down in tears, feeling like she let her team down. As she stepped down from the scale, her entire team greeted her with a hug. Phil couldn't just watch and crossed the line to give his wife a big hug and words of encouragement.

The last Blue team member to be weighed in was Brady. He was sure he was going to pull a big number and carry his team to victory at the weigh in. Bob, along with the rest of the Blue team, were completely shocked to find Brady had lost only three pounds.

The Blue team gathered together to talk about the possibility of who would be voted off. Heba told Amy that Phil was gunning after her and she felt Amy was after her, too. Amy defended both her and Phil. Heba blamed Phil for wanting Amy eliminated. Amy was feeling left out the whole time that Heba, Vicky, and Brady were teaming up against her.

At the elimination table, there were two votes for Brady and two votes for Amy and it came down to Heba's decision. Heba voted for Amy to be eliminated. She said she was sad to be leaving Phil behind, but she said that with her leaving, it was going to fuel Phil's fight even more, and she warned the Blue team about this.
