The remaining contestants walked into a room to meet Ali and were also met with mounds of baked goods -- from donuts and cupcakes to bagels and brownies. Ali told them the temptation was about control and one of the players was going to get the power to change the game permanently. The winner of the temptation would decide who would get put on Bob's Blue team and who would be on Jillian's Black team.

Ali turned off the lights and told the teams that whoever consumed the most calories, would be in charge of splitting the teams up. Heba spoke up and said she would eat a donut and in return, she would keep the teams just as they were. Phil was already annoyed that Heba was taking control and Shellay was annoyed because that meant that Jillian's team would continue to be only women.

Heba won the temptation challenge and now it was up to her to pick the teams. The other players were worried, especially the Red and Purple teams, because they had tried to beat Heba to keep her from gaining control and Heba was aware of that.

Heba came back with her list of picked teams. Phil and Amy were disappointed that she split them up, but knew it was coming. Bob's new Blue team was Heba, Amy, Vicki, Brady, and Amy C. Jillian's new Black team was Renee, Michelle, Shellay, Phil, and Coleen.

Bob came in to welcome his new Blue team. He wanted to know where Phil was. Heba explained that she'd won the temptation and got to pick teams, and she'd put Phil on the Black team. Bob warned Heba that as soon as she started making personal decisions, it would backfire on her. He summed it up by saying Heba didn't make a wise choice with the teams.

Bob could tell that Amy was upset about not having Phil on her team. He took her outside to let her vent about Heba's decision. He wanted Amy to know that she still had all of Bob's support on her team, even if Phil wasn't there. Amy was determined to not let Heba's decision push her around.

Jillian came by to meet her new Black team. Not much had changed except now she had Phil on her team. She was happy with the news because she knew Phil would pull in a big number. Phil let Jillian know she had Heba's poor decision making to thank on that one.

The teams were woken up very early the next morning for their challenge. They were not happy about having to be at the gym at 6:00 a.m. Ali told them the challenge was going to force the new teams to work together and it would last from sunrise to sundown.

The teams had a total of 14 hours to climb to the top of a hill and take a picture, then take another picture once they reached the bottom of the hill. The teams earned a point for each person in the photo and if the entire team was in the photo, they earned a bonus point. At the end, the winning team got a free two-pound pass as the weigh in.

The teams were beginning to get very tired as time went by and the sun was getting brighter. Both Blue and Black teams decided to take a break for a few hours, trusting none of the other players would climb the hill during the break. Shellay started doubting the Blue team's word and was thinking about climbing the hill.

The final results from the challenge were in and the Black team had won by only a couple of extra miles. Ali wanted to single out the Blue team's Brady for running over 20 miles for the challenge.

Michelle was having a harder and harder time partnering up with the mom who abandoned her when she was a kid. She told Jillian she wanted to give up. Jillian thought the only way to keep Michelle on the ranch was to have her call her dad for support. She was able to open up to her dad about her feelings.

It was time for the last-chance workouts and each trainer was working their new team to the maximum. Bob was so happy to see Brady doing pull-ups. He told Brady that in the history of the show, a contestant has never been able to do a pull-up by week five.

Both teams were nervous about the weigh in. Especially Shellay, who knew that if her team wasn't below the yellow line, her daughter's team would be. Meanwhile, Renee knew her daughter was contemplating leaving and she was worried it would be the last time they would have on the ranch together.

Before the weigh in could begin, Ali wanted to know if Michelle had reached a decision about staying or leaving the ranch. She wanted to let everybody know she wasn't going anywhere. This made Renee very happy and she was prepared to make the most of their time together.Heba celebrated the Blue team's weight-loss success. She lost eight pounds for the second week in a row. Her only sad moment came when she didn't have her husband there by her side to celebrate. Bob pointed out that he could act as her husband while Ed is out.

With the Blue team's successful numbers, they were able to beat the Black team in the weigh in. In the middle of all the celebrating, it hit Amy that there was a chance that Phil would be going home for the Black team. Meanwhile, Michelle was safe because she lost the most amount of weight on the Black team.

The Black team had to make the very tough decision on who from their team would be going home. In the end, it was a close call and Shellay was voted as the one to go home. She insisted there were no hard feelings, especially when her team started to break down in tears as Shellay was saying her good-byes.
