With Ruben back on the ranch and all the trainer saves used up, the teams hit the gym for a rigorous workout. The Blue Team takes some time before their workout to celebrate Bob's birthday and show their appreciation for all his guidance, and Bob is very appreciative of the team he has this season. With no trainer saves left and Thanksgiving looming on the horizon, the contestants will have to work harder than ever.

After the workout, the teams head to this week's challenge. Alison explains how it works: the contestants must load boxes of donated food into trucks to be sent to the tornado victims in Moore, Oklahoma. The challenge hits close to home (literally) for David, who has family in Oklahoma. This challenge also comes with a huge prize: each member of the winning team will have a family member flown to the ranch for a visit.

The contestants begin hauling boxes of food, and each team devises a different loading strategy. They're neck-and-neck until the final stretch, when the Blue Team pulls ahead to win the challenge. They are overjoyed and proud of their effort, and as an added bonus, they'll receive the greatest gift they could ask for: a visit from a family member. Unfortunately, the Red Team and the White Team are disappointed by the loss.

Later in the week, the Blue Team's family members arrive. Hap gets to meet his newborn son for the first time (and see his wife and two daughters, as well). Holley is ecstatic to see her mom, who is thrilled with her daughter's progress so far. Bobby's parents arrive at the ranch and have an uncharacteristically emotional moment together. Matt's wife is astounded by her husband's progress. The Blue Team contestants and their families share a Thanksgiving meal with their trainer, Bob, who has nothing but great things to say about his team this season.

Bob has a sidebar with Bobby to talk about Bobby's fear of telling his father he's gay. Bob inspires Bobby by being forthright about his own sexuality, and while Bobby is still hesitant to be honest with his father, his talk with Bob certainly helped steer him in the right direction.

David honors the memory of his wife with a family Thanksgiving tradition. He writes a note to his first wife and sends it afloat on a balloon. This year, he has nothing but good news for her. His life is finally beginning to turn around.

Without further ado, it's time for the Week 7 weigh-ins. The Red Team hits the scale first. David drops 11 pounds, taking him over the 100-pounds-lost mark. Jennifer sheds nine pounds; Tanya loses four pounds; Rachel ditches 12 pounds; and Ruben mercilessly abandons seven pounds, taking him below the 400-pound mark for the first time in years.

The White Team weighs in next. Marie loses four pounds; Jay drops seven pounds; and Tumi sheds six pounds. That means the Red Team is safe from elimination this week, but the Blue Team still has to weigh in.

Matt hits the scale first, dropping nine pounds. Chelsea sheds six pounds; Hap relinquishes six pounds; Bobby loses nine pounds; and Holley ditches three pounds. Unfortunately, that means that a member of the Blue Team will be eliminated tonight. Holley falls below the red line. With no trainer saves left, her time on the ranch has come to a close.
