The Black Team joins the Red Team in the Elimination Room after the weigh-in. Ali tells both teams that there will be two players eliminated from the ranch this week. Not only will the team with the lowest weight loss percentage have to eliminate a player, but there will also be a red line for the player with the lowest percentage of weight loss.

Cara and Brett decide they need to pump up their team, so they take the players on a field trip to an Olympian boxing training gym. Both trainers want their team to punch out all of their aggression by fighting out their frustration. Each player's sole job is to push their teammates and motivate them to do their best.

Cara's happy to announce she has a surprise for Rulon. She brings out his former fight trainer, Bas Rutten, who is also a former UFC heavyweight champion. Rulon cannot believe he has the opportunity to train with his former fight coach and the two men catch up during their workout.

Bob concentrates on Arthur's workout, since he had such a big number at the last weigh-in. Then Bob turns his attention to Jesse. Bob reminds Jesse that only he has control of his weight loss results. Meanwhile Jillian focuses on the rest of the players, pushing them on the treadmill.

Ali welcomes both teams to a football field to hear about their next challenge - to hit six giant inflated balls across one side of the field to the other using boxing gloves. There are three rules to the game: you can't let the ball touch the ground, you can't hit the ball twice, and you can't catch the ball. The winning team gets a three-pound advantage.

Each team understands how much good teamwork will play into this challenge. The Red Team takes an early lead, scoring far more than the Black Team. In the end, the Red Team celebrates a victory and a three-pound advantage at the next weigh-in.

The Black Team meets in the kitchen to talk about what will happen if they lose the weigh-in. Marci and Deni both tell say that if it comes down to one of them having to be eliminated, they're willing to take the bullet, so their daughters will have a chance to stay on the ranch. Marci also feels that Jesse should do the same thing for his son.

Jesse lashes out at the suggestion that he be the one to volunteer to throw the weigh-in to keep his son on the ranch. He tells his teammates that he deserves to be on the ranch more than some of the other players, and this causes tension. Deni is hurt that Jesse doesn't see the reasoning behind their idea - keeping Arthur on the ranch.

The next morning, Cara and Brett's team does circuit training outside. Rulon reminds everyone that even though they have a three-pound advantage, that doesn't mean they're guaranteed to win this week's weigh-in. Cara takes Kaylee aside and tells her how proud she is of her and her performance in the boxing ring. She wants to make sure Kaylee remembers how important self-confidence is.

The Red Team is the first team to weigh in. They all pull steady numbers except for Jennifer. The scale reveals she's gained two pounds. She breaks down crying, feeling like she let her father down. Brett gives her a hug of support, knowing how terrible she feels. In the end, the Red Team loses 42 pounds, with a weight loss percentage of 2.12%.

The Black Team weighs in next. Everybody's shocked to see that Marci shows has gained a pound. Marci admits she threw the weigh-in so the younger players on her team would have a fighting chance. Then Jesse gets on the scale - he's gained three pounds! He says he gained the weight for Arthur; he knows he's going to go home a better man and continue to lose weight.

Deni's next to get on the scale. Sarah's afraid her mother threw the weigh-in to keep Sarah on the ranch. Sarah's right; Deni has gained eight pounds, putting her below the red line. Deni says she threw the weigh-in for all the younger players on the ranch; she wants to give them all a fighting chance. All the players tell Deni how much they love her for protecting the younger players.

The Black Team loses the weigh-in, so they have to vote someone off the ranch. Both parents, Jesse and Marci, know they're going to be the ones collecting the votes. In the end, the Black Team decides to eliminate Jesse.
