Ali tells Brett and Cara's players that just because Larialmy went home this week, it doesn't mean Q is on his own. She says they will be all be wearing a red shirt. Ali also tells Bob and Jillian's players that they will be wearing black shirts.
The Red and Black Teams gather around a room filled with chocolates to hear about their latest temptation challenge. Ali explains - the team that eats the most chocolates has control of the game and can choose two players to swap if they want. Only the players will not know who ate the chocolates on their team until the end of the challenge.
Without knowing who won and who made the call on the swap, Sarah and Deni find out they are going to be on the Black Team and Jennifer and Jay are going to be on the Red Team. Deni and Sarah are devastated with having to leave one team for the other. Jennifer and Jay feel that the Black Team set them up. Arthur comes clean - he made the decision because he didn't trust Jay.
Bob and Jillian walk into the gym and immediately notice Sarah and Deni are there. They introduce themselves and want to know, why the swap? Meanwhile, Cara and Brett notice the swap on their Red Team. Bob and Jillian are very disappointed in Arthur's decision to split the teams up. Deni tells Jillian that she now feels like the sacrificial lamb. Courtney notes that Arthur now has a target on his back.
The Black Team are not happy with having to share their gym with the Red Team. They feel like the Red Team is coming into their gym and purposely trying to be territorial. Jillian reminds the players they need to accept the change and be comfortable in their own space.
Jillian puts a lot of concentration into Arthur and his workout, knowing that he's aware how disappointed his team is with him. Meanwhile, Cara wants to make sure Jay knows he's a Red Team player now, and just as important as all the others.
The teams gather around to hear about this week's challenge. It involves each team choosing a duo to represent them in five different skills: strength, speed, agility, endurance and knowledge. After the duos have been chosen, Ali tells the teams what challenges they will be participating in. The winning team will get videos from home.
As the Red Team is struggling with lining up meals based on calorie content, the Black Team is already on to their next skill challenge that involves Arthur and Jesse having to balance on a telephone pole. Arthur already knows if he screws up his portion of the challenge, it will give his teammates even more reason to not like him.
The Black Team ends up taking an even bigger lead in the challenge and arrives at the last part of the challenge where the entire team has to unravel a giant puzzle in order to win videos from home. The Black Team is so excited to sit down and watch their videos from home. The Red Team is embarrassed because they lost the challenge.
The Black Team huddles together and watches their videos from loved ones at home. Deni breaks down and starts crying when she watches video of her daughter's wedding that she couldn't attend because she was on the ranch.
The weigh-in begins and Cara and Brett are excited because it's their first on-camera weigh-in with their Red Team. Ali points out that this is one of the most intense weigh-ins because it will reveal if Arthur really made a wise decision switching up the teams or not. Jennifer and Jay kick off and Jay loses 17 pounds and Jennifer loses 14 pounds. The mood sinks when Q only loses seven pounds this week.
Moses is the last Red Team player to weigh in and breaks a record for being the fastest player in history to lose 100 pounds on the ranch. The Red Team's final is a loss of 97 pounds and a weight-loss percentage of 3.43. Now the Black Team has to weigh in. The Black Team loses a total of 99 pounds and a weight-loss percentage of 4.38, winning the weigh-in.
The Red Team has to decide whom to eliminate this week, and in the end they decide to eliminate Q from the ranch. Q promises that he may not be the Biggest Loser on the ranch, but he will be the biggest winner at home.
