The mystery trainers are finally revealed! Cameras show what life has been like at the Unknowns' fitness location. Cara, the female trainer, is ready to bring the fighter out in her contestants. The male mystery trainer, Brett, is a former overweight kid, determined to help save the lives of the players.

For the second week in a row, the Unknowns are fed up with Q not pulling his weight during training. They all thought he was taking advantage of having the four-week immunity while training as an Unknown.

The ranch players and the Unknowns finally meet up in the same location. There's a partition separating the two teams, but Ali tells them that one player from each team will meet face-to-face over dinner with Curtis Stone. These two players will compete for a two-pound advantage at the weigh-in. The players will have to decide who should be eligible for the advantage.

The teams are tasked with balancing an egg on the opposite side of a frying pan. The Unknowns immediately throw their eggs in the air, making Denise eligible for the two-pound advantage. In the end, Marci wins for the players on the ranch.

Brett and Cara are determined to keep the Unknowns training to their limit, despite their four weeks of immunity. Brett concentrates on Sarah and Austin, especially since Dr. H has called them the unhealthiest players on the ranch.

Back on the ranch, Bob is busy working out his team in the gym. He gives the players an option: do they want to skate by with a minimal workout, or act like they really want to fight to stay in the game? Bob reminds them that one of the ranch players will be going home; there's no chance for immunity.

Jillian talks to the twins Dan and Don about their time on the ranch. Dan opens up about his son's death and how he never really dealt with his feelings over it. Dan's fear is bringing other people down with his pain. Jillian tries to get Dan to realize he can deal with his emotions because it's part of healing.

Curtis Stone meets up with Denise and Marci for their challenge. He's going to help them prepare a healthy lunch. The player who guesses the right amount of calories in the meal will win the two-pound advantage. In the end, Marci has the closest guess. She's extremely excited to win the advantage.

Ali welcomes the ranch players to their latest challenge. It involves filling up water buckets and carrying them to their opponents' buckets. The players aren't happy that the game pits them against each other. Each trek with the buckets of water from one point to the other is a quarter mile. The winning team will get the only vote in the elimination. The players allow Irene to win the challenge.

It's time for the last-chance workout, and Bob and Jillian are determined to push every player to their limit. Bob keeps reminding the players that everybody has a chance to face elimination; it's up to them to prove who wants to stay on the ranch.

Before the ranch players can weigh in, Ali updates them on the Unknowns' progress. One of the Unknowns has lost a total of 64 pounds already. Ali reminds the players from the ranch that they're competing against one another. If Irene stays above the yellow line, she will make the only vote for elimination, but if she falls below the yellow line, she will automatically be eliminated.

As the weigh-in continues, the players react to their weight loss. Everybody's shocked when Arthur, the heaviest guy on the ranch, only loses four pounds. His father tells him not to let it get him down, but Arthur can't help it. The real shocker comes when Dan and Don both gain nine pounds! Bob is offended because he knows the twins did this on purpose, in hopes of leaving the ranch.

At the elimination, Irene has the only vote, and she votes for Dan. Dan says goodbye to his brother Don, and encourages him to keep moving in this weight-loss journey on the ranch. Dan will do the same at home.
