Ali has some good news for the players when she announces they've made it to makeover week. Not only will the players be getting a new wardrobe, but also walking the runway of a fashion show for Ford Warriors in Pink to help bring awareness to breast cancer.

The players start their makeover week by paying a visit to celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves' salon. The guys are introduced to new grooming techniques like eyebrow trimming. The next stop after the hair salon is Smashbox Studios to have photos taken for People Magazine.

After the each player gets his or her makeover, they walk the fashion show runway. In the audience, Bob and Jillian are stunned with the results. Each player walks the runway, then slips into their second outfit that's more formal backstage.

When the players rush backstage to slip into their formal wear, they find their loved ones waiting to surprise them. The families are shocked with how great the players look since arriving on the ranch three months ago.

Jillian points out that Elizabeth and Lisa always had self-confidence, but it was Ada she was concerned about. When Ada walked the runway after her makeover, Jillian was thrilled to see she had a newfound confidence.

After Ada walks the runway, she's shocked and happy to see her friend Jennifer waiting for her backstage. Ada realizes how important it is to have a support system at home, even if it's her childhood friend and not her family.

After the emotional reunions, the players all put on their formal outfits for one more spin around the runway. The players realize how far they've come with their weight loss and their self-esteem in only three months.

The players head to downtown Los Angeles to hear about their latest challenge. Each player will have to either climb 300 feet of stairs or take the train. If they take the train up the hill, it's worth 1 point, if they walk up the stairs, they earn five points. The first player who earns 100 points will win a brand-new 2011 Ford Edge, courtesy of Ford Warriors in Pink.

Brendan and Ada are neck and neck in the race. When they both have just one more flight of stairs to climb, they stop. Turns out Brendan and Ada want Patrick, the father of two, to win the car. Ada and Brendan walk the finish line with Patrick, allowing him to win the car.

After the challenge, Brendan takes Ada aside to ask how she's feeling, since her family didn't show up for makeover week. Ada tells Brendan she's happy that her parents didn't come for makeover week, because she just would have ended up feeling bad about herself. Brendan tells Ada she needs to realize she's a role model for young girls everywhere.

The next morning, the trainers find Elizabeth crying in the kitchen. She tells Bob and Jillian that she's upset with herself for not completing the challenge from the night before. Bob assures Elizabeth there will be other challenges in her future.

In the last chance workout, Jillian focuses on grilling Frado in the gym. Meanwhile, Bob has Elizabeth on the Stairmaster, doing the same amount of steps she would have done if she completed the challenge.

During the weigh-in, Lisa's shocked to find she's lost no weight. The players and the trainers are just as shocked at Lisa's results. She tearfully tells everybody that if she leaves the ranch this week, she knows she'll still succeed.

Both Lisa and Frado find themselves below the yellow line and up for elimination. In the end, it's Lisa who's voted off the ranch.
